Locally naturalised in the ACT and in the central tablelands region of New South Wales.

Notes

Wild black cherry (Prunus serotina) is regarded as an environmental weed in the ACT and New South Wales, and as a potential environmental weed or "sleeper weed" in other parts of southern Australia.
